2" pots. The Dutch-Shoe Orchid is as popular as ever. These are from an outcross I made between the 'A-doribil' and 'Krull-Smith' clones. These do best for me on dry mounts (I use cork on its side, flat). I water a lot and they grow where it rains a lot but only where the water rolls off quickly, (on trees without moss). In pots I use a cattleya mix (Kiwi Bark from Fred Clarke in the US, Charcoal and coarse Spong-Rok (Perlite). The large mother plants now bloom almost throughout the year. These, and all future seedlings, have been Colchicine Treated.
